Loved the service and atmosphere, food portions were pretty good too. Unfortunately it felt like my burger had very little seasoning and the fries were extremely salty which is something I usually appreciate but even for me it was borderline too much. Also the chairs were a bit cold when initially sitting in them.
My husband and I love trying new restaurants and food places but for the past 2 years whenever we want a burger we ALWAYS come here. We've never been disappointed in our food and if there's been any issues (which has happened maybe 1 out of 10 times) it has been quickly resolved by their amazing staff. 10/10 highly recommended!
Going to this BurgerFi when the one in Preston Closed. Great staff! Very friendly. In particular a young lady named Savannah took our order and was very helpful to us and others around us (she cleaned up a spill they made very quickly and was very courteous). A young man named Alejanrdo came out and checked on how the milkshake he made (which was really good), and thanked us for coming. Great staff and very good food!
This location has totally turned things around. Had the best burger and fries tonight with their new combo meal! They REALLY brought it with service. We had MULTIPLE people ask us if we enjoyed our meal, if we needed anything, AND brought us sample size milkshakes. The place was sparkling with not a speck of dirt in sight. Way to go, BurgerFi Cary!!!
